Welcome to this 10-minute guided meditation session! Guided meditations are good for starting your meditation journey and practicing the art of being present in the moment. After the practice, I hope you have found a sense of calmness that helps you throughout your day.
For this practice, find a comfortable and quiet space. Take a comfortable seated position either on your mat or you can sit on a pillow if you find sitting on the mat for a while a bit challenging today.
