Good morning and welcome to this powerful morning yoga class!
Today we’ll start with Ashtanga style sun salutations to wake up the body and continue with standing poses that focus on our leg strength and balance. We will also strengthen our core before its time to stretch our back.
This practice is ideal to do in the morning before breakfast, but of course you can do it any time of the day (just not right after eating).
