Welcome to this bedtime yoga class! For this class, feel free to grab a pillow and wear comfortable clothes. We won’t be sweating as much tonight, as we will focus on stretching our body and releasing any tension from today’s pressure. We will move the body just enough to find the sweet relaxation afterwards.
